Iowa State Leadership Conference

Wow, an incredible three days! Clinton FBLA attended the state leadership conference in Coralville, IA on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. This conference is held every year for state officer elections, competitive events, and to have fun. This year Clinton FBLA did very well at the conference. Vamsi Marla and Rohan Aggarwal were both elected into office. Vamsi is the new president and Rohan is the new parliamentarian. Along with these accomplishments, over 75% of our chapter received some sort of award. I will be uploading pictures within the week.

Meeting 3/21

During the meeting this weeks information regarding SLC was given out, including what time we will be leaving, what things to wear, and what time the main events events are. We also talked about the March of Dimes walk being held at the Ashford track on April 14 along with the Eco Project.

After school today I went over to Mar-gee Plastics & Trophies to pick up the plaque for Mrs. Mojeiko and it turned out awesome! I really hope that she likes it, along with her card and letter.

Interview

Hey guys. Instead of posting every Saturday or Sunday, I will be posting every two days for a more steady stream of information.

Today a CHS student named Connor Kenney interviewed me to make a youtube video for my America award acitivity. It was an informal interview and he really caught me off guard since he gave me no prior notice. I hope it turned out well. I will be posting it here as soon as he puts it on youtube.
